Unlimited Leisure is launching a new all-in-one park experience solution with integral ticketing, no queue reservation system and visitor video system at IAAPA.
The firm says its system solves the number customer complaint by providing a queue free theme park experience for all guests.
The Experience Ticket allows visitors to use an app to pre-book attractions and activities, specifying time of arrival and departure and input information such as age, height, shoe size and so on. The app then creates a personalised itinerary with time slots and tickets for each attraction.
It can also be combined with special offers, such as a VIP pass or Tapemyday.
Unlimited says it increases ride capacity by 15 per cent, improves security and abolishes ticket fraud.
