Technically Creative shares range of interactive play products

Technically Creative has announced its own range of interactive childrens’ play products for visitor attractions, museums or family entertainment centres: Step and Play, Town Planner, and Magic Sand Pit.

Step and Play is a giant interactive keyboard that you play with your feet. Children can create their own melody by dancing their way across the keys, which illuminate under the feet as built-in speakers play. The keyboard is tuned to replicate an authentic section of notes, so guests can play tunes from memory, follow a note guide, or just make musical fun.

Town Planner, meanwhile, is a hands-on interactive experience that uses the latest in sensory technology and creative programming to create a virtual landscape. By placing our icon blocks on the screen, planes, boats, trains, and cars appear, following their own unique pathway. Watch as the town builds itself around the moving traffic, through the synchronised landscape screen. No two users will create the same environment.

The Magic Sand Pit encourages children to dig and sculpt their own landscape, as a projector senses the depth and creates the interactive terrain. Players can dig trenches that fill with crystal blue water, build mountains that erupt as volcanoes and watch as their sandpit comes to life. Prehistoric creatures roam as children sculpt their own pyramid, dig a river as long as the Amazon, and more.

Technically Creative director Marc Broadbent commented: “Our aim is to pioneer magical interactive and immersive experiences which are inspired by what we can make possible, against what is not currently out there. We are able to make fun features come to life!”

The products can also offer branding opportunities and can be tailored to the specifications of a specific venue.
