Spree Interactive Free Roam VR coming soon to Sky Zone

Spree Interactive is proud to announce that its family-friendly VR experience will be coming soon to Sky Zone LLC’s Metairie, Louisiana trampoline park.

Spree’s incredible VR solution allows up to 20 people at the same time to enjoy virtual reality experiences in an interactive and fun group setting, making it the highest throughput location-based VR system on the market.

“Our active, family-friendly content makes Spree extremely easy to integrate into Sky Zone’s other offerings because it’s mom-approved,” said Spree interactive director of sales Paul Collimore, “Spree’s 10-players-to-1-attendant ratio also makes it the most cost-effective system on the market.”

“For Sky Zone, this is VR content tailored for the younger audience found at our trampoline parks,” noted Donovan Duplantis, GM of Sky Zone Metairie. “Spree Interactive’s high throughput also makes it a perfect attraction for kids’ birthday parties, our most popular group purchase.”

Spree recently opened an anchor VR attraction at Airtime Trampoline Park in Nuremberg, Germany, which was able to serve an average of 10 participants per group, totalling over 50 birthday parties in a single day on its opening weekend.

The Sky Zone trial will see the American debut of Spree’s breakthrough “Extreme Anteater”, the first VR game that was 100% produced in-house by Spree Interactive. Extreme Anteater is an easy-to-play, casual game that transports players into a completely unique world for a couple of minutes of fun and social interaction. “Extreme Anteater” joins a growing library of VR experiences available on Spree systems.

Sky Zone has recently joined the CircusTrix brand family of more than 320+ active entertainment venues, making Sky Zone Metairie an even more ideal choice for the Spree trial. With its numerous trampoline-based attractions drawing major birthday party and kid-heavy groups, Sky Zone Metairie has established itself as one of the region’s highest-trafficked FECs. Spree’s bright colour pallet and non-violent VR system provide a perfect alternate entertainment option at a low operating expense and modest space requirement compared to the location’s physical attractions.

Following extremely successful product showings at the CTX conference in New Orleans during May and this past summer’s IAAPA Europe Expo, SPREE Interactive’s Sky Zone Metairie debut marks the first of several planned installations in collaboration with major operators stateside. Spree will exhibit at the IAAPA Orlando Show November 19 – 22 in the Exploration Station area Booth number E7031.
