Play Mart announces new adventure FEC in Belgium

Leading creator of family entertainment centres Play Mart has announced the upcoming installation of a new Fast Tag facility in Durbuy, Belgium. The centre will have the biggest Fast Tag in the world, along with a ten-lane bowling alley, an indoor laser tag area, an indoor playground, a seminary area, among other attractions.

‘Fast Tag’ is the latest attraction to be added to the Adventure Valley Park section of the La Fabrique facility. The indoor assault course is set to become the largest of its kind world-wide, measuring over 1000 square metres and reaching a maximum height of 7 metres.

The game arena is split into three zones, with players use RFID wristbands to collect points by finding and hitting illuminated transponders hidden within the arena. The game is powered by Tag Active Technology, which allows players to compete against their own score, play as a group or compete for the best scores of the day.

In addition to the key experiences included in the main arena – which include a huge quarter pipe and a giant ball hop – the installation will feature an all new escape room-style activity in which players use their puzzle-solving abilities to open boxes that reveal the point-scoring transponders.

The experience as a whole is designed to be a test of fitness, strategy and mental ability, the company explained in a recent release, suitable for children and adults alike and the very first of its kind in Belgium.
