Photo-Me on the Underground
Photo-Me International, the company once best known for its self-service photographic booths, is going back underground with a new Transport for London contract to provide its state of the art, Philippe Starck-designed photo-booth to stations across the London Underground network.
Developed by world-famous designer Philippe Starck the new booth has already become a timeless design classic, combining the best of new technology with a convenient and cost-effective means of obtaining ID photos which are compliant with the UK passport and driving licence standards.
Steven Murray, General Manager at Photo-Me highlights “Photo-Me photobooths will provide passengers with a useful service at convenient locations across the capital.”
Photo-Me has installed its first new photo-booth at Pimlico with additional booths to follow at Canada Water and Baker Street with the aim of rolling more out across more underground stations in due course.
