Dutch park Toverland is expanding, opening a new entrance area and a new themed section next year.
The building project was officially launched this week and coincided with the launch of the 2018.toverland.com website, which features news on the park’s ongoing expansion with images, videos, audio clips.
The new areas will open to the public next summer. The park will become one and a half times larger over a seven hectare area as part of an investment of €30m. 
“Construction can now really start,” said Paul Oomen, technical director. “At the moment you can see the contours of the buildings by means of picket pallets.”
“This is our biggest expansion so far,” added Oomen. “We are pleased that everyone is very curious about our expansion plans, hence we have developed a special website.”
