New restaurant and family entertainment centre The Mineshaft Restaurant opened on Monday in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, US according to a story published in the OshKosh NorthWestern.
The new building will includes a restaurant, a game room and eventually a bakery. The game room, which is separate from the dining area of the restaurant, includes a concession stand and prizes, Masters said. Games include virtual racing games, basketball hoops and other classic arcade games. Parents can enjoy a beer while their kids play games and eat a pizza.
Oshkosh is The Mineshaft’s second location, with the original located in Hartford. Its newly remodeled 5,000 square foot, 2 million dollar game area has added dozens of new games and new prizes.
In accordance with COVID-19 requirements, workers wear masks and sanitise surfaces. Hand sanitiser is available at tables. Currently, the restaurant won’t require masks, but recommends customers wear masks.
