NEC show success for Innovative
Cash handling specialist Innovative Technology (ITL) is heralding its recent appearance at the National Convenience Show in Birmingham a resounding success.
A new event in the firm’s exhibition calendar, the company used the show to outline its atest innovation, SafeCash Collect, to the UK convenience market.
ITL’s senior business development manager for Retail and Kiosk, Paul Curley commented: “The show was a great opportunity to display our cash handling range and highlight our latest groundbreaking innovation, SafeCash Collect. The unit combines a secure tamper evident cash bag system with live data and reporting software and is ideal for the convenience store market. SafeCash Collect utilises our flagship NV200 note validator head with a tamper evident cashbag, where uniquely barcoded cashbags provide full audit traceability, eliminating shrinkage and accounting errors.
“Live Collect provides data and reporting functions detailing cash activity, collections and CIT as well as allowing quick and easy remote updates. SafeCash Collect is ideal for the convenience market so we had to be at the show this year, I’m really happy with the feedback we’ve received.”
The company displayed its NV200 Spectral note validator which boasts spectral sensing technology that scans 4.8 million datapoints, capturing 100 per cent of the note image.
