Major gaming operators set to share expertise at renowned payment event

Returning for the second year, PayExpo will take place at London’s ExCel Centre on 11 & 12 June looks set and to be bigger and better than ever. Hundreds of delegates have already signed up for the event, looking to receive expert advice and guidance from some of the gaming industry’s big players.

PayExpo is the largest gathering of forward thinking gaming operators, financial institutions, service providers, mobile operators, retailers and transport companies in the UK. The event will include four information packed conferences, as well as a range of special features and workshops taking place across the two days.

There will be a number of thought leading debates on future trends and emerging technologies as well as innovative case studies and regulatory updates. Key speakers at these include representatives from the Gibraltar Betting & Gaming Association and German company, Lotto-Radar.
Some of the key seminars include ‘Understanding the Modern Day Consumer’ where Marc Kidson, Chair of the British Youth Council will consider the challenges facing Generation Y and how to ensure payment products appeal to them. Ben Green, Head of Mobile & Payments at Santander will discuss how to drive innovation and value to create growth in mobile payments and how consumer behaviour is shaping the future of transaction banking. In ‘Evolving Payments: Sketching The Payment Society of 2024’, a senior representative from the Payments Council will outline how we can expect payments to evolve, and Chris Skinner, Chairman of the Financial Services Club will explore the broader vision – forecasts and trends across a ten year duration.

The event offers the chance for delegates to see demonstrations of the latest eCommerce platforms, as well as meet payment service providers who can help establish secure and seamless online payments gateways and discuss mobile payment channels. Delegates will have the opportunity to compare different pre-paid programmes and how they can enhance the user interface between company and customer. There will be plenty of chance to network, with over 2,000 delegate attendees already expected to attend the two day event.
