Kevin Williams of immersive out-of-home entertainment consultancy KWP has compiled a simple reference sheet called the “Operators Guide: Amusement Support Primer” in collaboration with a number of facility operators.
This new guide builds on practical experience giving an overview of the unique needs of the game room, and in-particular the various categories of game hardware, and best practise in cleaning and ensuring players and staff are safe and happy.
This follows on from the previous ‘Top 16 Entertainment Operation Priorities Post COVID-19’, and the ‘Operators Guide: How to Answer Difficult Questions‘.
It is the latest in an ongoing series of informative guides, and is shared free with the industry in order to address concerns and share approaches, as the trade moves forward towards reopening operations.
