Intercard launches Leading the Way campaign

This year’s IAAPA Attractions Expo (November 13-16 2018, Florida) will feature Intercard’s new marketing campaign – Leading the Way.

” ‘Leading the Way’ is a fresh message that underscores our position as the world leader in cashless technology,” says Scott Sherrod, CEO of Intercard. “We introduced debit card technology to the amusement and attractions industry in 1989 and we have been leading the way ever since with our technology innovations and customer service.” The company’s innovations include the first networked system, self-service kiosk, e-tickets, customer tracking and redemption control system.

Intercard will support the launch at IAAPA 2018 by introducing the new logo, a new show booth, new products and new team members. The term “cashless” replaces “debit card” in the tagline of the new logo. “That’s to emphasize that the debit card is no longer the only cashless way to pay,” says Sherrod, “and affirm Intercard’s commitment to giving our customers the benefits of mobile devices and other innovations in payment technology.”

Intercard’s redesigned show booth offers visitors increased comfort and convenience in the style of an executive lounge. At the “training and technology bar” guests can watch training videos and receive one-on-one tutorials from Intercard technical specialists. Guests can also relax in the technology bar while recharging their mobile devices and enjoying complimentary water, coffee and espresso as well as premium beer from Intercard’s hometown of St. Louis.
