A message from Embed’s CEO: how we’re dealing with COVID-19

Embed’s chief executive officer Renee Welsh shared a message with customers and the wider industry earlier this week, providing an update on the actions Embed is taking to mitigate the risk of COVID-19.

“As the coronavirus (COVID-19) makes its way across the globe, it’s affecting our communities and industry in different ways. We are committed to take care of our partners, employees, and customers. This lifelong value informs and guides us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to COVID-19, which the World Health Organization has declared a pandemic. Rest-assured that we proactively implemented measures across our offices as early as January.

“We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local health agencies across the world for the latest developments related to COVID-19 and following the guidance of government and public health officials. We are following these agencies’ recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures across our portfolio of companies.”

“While Embed’s offices are operating with a skeleton crew (for the foreseeable future) and most of our teams are working remotely. We have suspended all domestic and international business travel. Any and all sales-related matters will be managed via telephone, teleconference and video-conference.
