Georgia Aquarium has renovated popular attraction Aquanaut Adventure: A Discovery Zone.
The newly remodeled gallery is separated into six zones, each representing aspects of extreme environments found on Earth from dry deserts to the freezing tundra and our deep oceans, designed to offer an experience that the whole family can learn from and enjoy.
Science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) play an important role in allowing researchers to reach these wild places – but there is much more to learn! Through the renovated gallery, the Aquarium hopes to further expand learning opportunities and educate by incorporating interactive STEM features.
This renovated gallery will also be home to a number of new animals, including wood frogs, venomous fishes, corals, and insects.
