Empire Adventure Park to open FEC on Long Island

Empire Adventure Park, an entertainment concept that features trampolines, climbing walls, ropes and obstacle course and augmented reality games, is set to open a 35,572-square-foot FEC in the Long Island village of Westbury. The centre will be situated within Samanea New York (formerly Source Mall), a new 750,000-square-foot shopping, dining and entertainment destination.

The lease with Empire Adventure Park brings the property’s occupancy to 60 percent. Empire Adventure Park joins a tenant roster at Samanea New York that also includes a Dave & Buster’s.

“We are looking forward to providing the Long Island community with an innovative and exciting new recreational park,” Matthew Mullen, president of Empire Adventure Park, said in a statement. “The new Samanea New York property is centrally located in Nassau County and is the ideal site for us to be opening our very first location.”

The family entertainment centre will reportedly include trampolines, ninja obstacle courses, a ropes course, climbing walls, and augmented reality games.

Construction of the Empire Adventure Park centre is scheduled to begin in January, with a target opening date of late 2022.
