ShadowLand, based out of Virginia, has hired Creative Works to design and install an indoor black light miniature golf course.
“Gene decided to renovate some existing space in order to better meet ShadowLand’s demographics and mixed age families,” says Creative Works vice president of sales Russ Van Natta.
The course measures almost 4,000 square foot and features 12 themed holes – along with a portable 13th hole designed to maximise throughput. Creative Works has installed custom knight, wizard, and dragon props in keeping with ShadowLand’s existing medieval theme, and many of the props are available for photo opportunities.
Multiple entries were designed into the course to allow for ease of access on busy days.
“No matter what the attraction is, we make it immersive, story-driven and social,” says Van Natta.
