Creative Works’ Amusement 360 Event Returns For Its 12th Year

Creative Works’ popular Amusement 360 Event is back for its 12th year. The upcoming event on February 8-10 will be a hybrid event, meaning the in-person event will occur in Indianapolis, but virtual registration options are available for those who can’t travel.

For years, Amusement 360 has been the premiere educational event for new and existing entertainment operators to learn the best practices for successfully operating an entertainment venue.

This year’s events are focused on helping operators rediscover their purpose and passion. Following a couple difficult years, Creative Works wants to help operators remember why they got into this fun industry, why memories matter, and why their businesses hold an important place in their communities.

“Operators all over the country are overworked, understaffed, and a little burned out right now,” commented Danny Gruening, VP of Marketing at Creative Works. “This event will reignite their purpose and passion, and attendees will walk away with practical information to improve profitability.”

Amusement 360 will feature more than 20 education sessions, panel discussions, networking opportunities, social hours, site visits, and a tour of the Creative Works Theme Factory.

Also, the February event will feature a special keynote presentation from former FBI-trained hostage negotiator Scott Harvey. In this presentation, Harvey will share powerful stories from his career to educate attendees on the value of effective communication skills with employees and customers.

During a time when so many operators are busier than ever due to increased demand and staffing shortages, Creative Works is filling the event with as much value as possible to make the trip worthwhile for business owners and entrepreneurs.

“In the day-to-day work of running your business, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and lose sight of ‘why’ you’re in the business. Amusement 360 is an opportunity to learn, engage and rediscover your passion and your ‘why.’ You leave excited to get back to the work of working on your business,” said August 2021 attendee Jay Mrozek.
