Booking Boss, a Helix Leisure Company, recently signed a landmark deal to provide their Channel Management solution to the VGS ticketing platform named SnApp.
VGS clients, which include some of the world’s largest attractions, now have the opportunity to connect seamlessly into global distribution networks, allowing their customers to book tickets via multiple platforms.
“With changing consumer purchase behaviour for attractions and the increasing emergence of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) in this sector, it allows for VGS clients to access a global distribution network easily without all the hard work and lengthy timeframes of connecting them one by one, client by client” says Renee Welsh, chief executive, solutions Group for Helix Leisure.
