Bay Tek Entertainment hires Matthew Deith as director of sales

Wisconsin-based designer and manufacturer of coin-operated games Bay Tek Entertainment has announced the appointment of Matthew Deith as its new director of sales. Matthew will be replacing Rick Rochetti, who will be retiring in April.

Matthew’s most recent role was managing director at leading manufacturer of amusement machines Harry Levy Group in the UK, where he managed global sales. He’s been involved in the amusement industry for over 25 years, where he’s had experience in route operations, family entertainment centres, and gaming venues. He hails from a family with a long history in the industry.

“I’m thrilled to have Matthew on board,” said Rick Rochetti, current director of sales at Bay Tek. “I’ve known Matthew for many years and appreciate what his experience and expertise can bring to Bay Tek. He will serve our internal teams and our customers well.”

“We’re looking forward to Matthew joining the team,” added Jim Keane, president of Bay Tek. “We know he will be a great fit and will help us continue to work closely with our customers as a valuable partner in their success.”

Rick Rochetti, a veteran of the industry for over 40 years, has been the director of sales at Bay Tek for nearly 12 years and will officially retire in April, 2020.

“We will miss Rick’s leadership, his industry insight and overall his fun personality. But we’re also glad that he’s able to spend this next season of life in retirement with his wife Chris and his two sons. He deserves it,” said Jim.

Matthew’s role officially begins 10 February, allowing for a smooth transition for customers. Matthew will be based in Bay Tek’s main headquarters in Pulaski, Wisconsin, just outside Green Bay.
