Bandai Namco ready to showcase at EAS 2018

Halo: Fireteam Raven

Bandai Namco are all set to attend this year’s European Attractions Show at Amsterdam, and are bringing a new range of products to debut, too.

Halo: Fireteam Raven, developed by Raw Thrills, invites up to four players to take part in the events of the original Halo storyline from an all new perspective – the ODST soldiers of Fireteam Raven. The aim of the game is to provide cover fire and mission assistance for Master Chief and defeat fan-favourite enemies like the Covenant and Flood. The full arsenal of weapons from across the Halo universe is available to use, while players can enjoy cutting edge 4K graphics on Play Mechanix’ NexaGen arcade game engine.

Also at EAS: Tomb Raider makes a return on a 120” screen arcade amusement machine. Tomb Raider is an intense four player shooting game from Adrenaline Amusements where players can test their skills helping the famous Lara Croft through three chapters and battle against increasingly difficult waves of enemies.

DC Super Heroes pusher was developed in conjunction with Andamiro, and will be shown at EAS in a new two-player version. The two-player features heroes on one side and villains on the other, and in addition, the cabinet has added extra LED lighting.  Players press the “shoot” button to rotate the large wheel on the back wall of the cabinet and drop a token through a peg maze. If the player times it right they can get the token through the “Bonus Drop” area of the maze, stop the bonus spinner above it, and drop bonus tokens or cards onto the playfield in order for players to collect cards and win tickets! There are a number of collectible game cards around the playfield which players must knock down in order to collect.

Built with flexible hardware and software, WePlayVR from AiSolve offers a safe yet thrilling virtual reality experience in a compact, plug-and-play, modular, 3m x 3m enclosed VR arena. BNAE will be showing the latest hardware and software in conjunction with AiSolve on the booth including the latest single player title and a preview of the new multiplayer title that will allow operators to potentially double their income from their existing units.

Finally, another highlight of the BNAE stand will be the Apple Industries Scene Machine 2 and Photo Studio Dx. A market leader in photo booths, The Face Place Scene Machine embraces green screen technology to deliver an interactive photo booth experience. Users are “dropped into a scene” of their choice, ranging from scenes with vampires and dinosaurs to underwater scenes where they can swim with all types of fish! It is possible to update the photos from the machine to include the logo of your location for marketing purposes.  The Scene Machine also takes advantage of cutting edge Smile 2.0 software that allows customers to share their photos on Facebook, Twitter, or by e-mail directly from the booth.

The Photo Studio Deluxe is a large interactive photo booth attraction. Its size and light show composed of over 5,000 LED lights will be an eye-catching attraction for any FEC, and with state-of-the-art retro-reflective technology, large groups of people can enjoy more than 20 video-guided interactive scenes and benefit from all of the other features on the Scene Machines.

“The BNAE team and its strategic partners are looking forward to another successful EAS and its latest location of Amsterdam. We expect to see a good number of our international customers and anticipate that this year’s product line-up will more than meet with their approval.”

– James Anderson, commercial and sales director

EAS takes place at RAI Amsterdam in the Netherlands, from 25th to 27th September and BNAE will show a range of titles on stand #2-110.
