Amusement Logic presents WINX CLUB FEC branding opportunity

After reaching an agreement with the IP owners of this successful cartoon series, Spanish manufacturer Amusement Logic can now offer Winx Club-themed FEC concept for operators worldwide.

Winx Club fairies and imaginary were created by Italian author Iginio Straffi, founder of Italy-based global content company Rainbow, operating in the entertainment industry since 1995 and steadily expanding. First launched on TV in 2004, Winx Club has become one of the most loved girls’ properties of all time, an evergreen and aspirational brand turning into a solid success on air via more than 150 broadcasters across the world on free-to-air, free and pay VOD, and SVOD. The IP is also a true Licensing phenomenon counting over 500 partners in all categories, both long-time and new ones, building on the huge potential of the brand that keeps anticipating trends and evolving, offering ever fresh opportunities.

Amusement Logic believes that pairing an FEC with the WINX brand offers a great entertainment option for shopping centres, as an addition to existing entertainment parks or even as a stand-alone venue.

Publishing, merchandising, fashion, healthcare, but also video games, and all kinds of live events, this is what makes Winx Club a success – featuring core values crossing cultures and time, dealing with sensitive themes unique for an IP of such reach. Girl empowerment, empathy, diversity, friendship. The striking mix allowed by the top-quality stories and the positive values meets the unique graphic style of the cartoon, a truly magic match enhancing year after year.

These are values that can be experienced in the physical environment of a branded Entertainment Centre, an outdoor or indoor facility with a floor area ranging anywhere between 2.000 and 10.000 m2 with a WINX theming. These venues can offer a wide range of activities based on the adventures of the WINX Club characters. These are not the old-fashioned gender roles, but a modern female archetype which is rather brave, tough, hard-working yet collaborative and tolerant.

As the cartoon series has accompanied growing girls for almost 17 years, the age of followers has gradually extended to embrace the Young Adult, also thanks to the resounding launch of live-action Fate: The Winx Saga. The exclusive Netflix Original adaptation draws from the series and was produced in association with Rainbow. Released on the platform on January 22, 2021, the show is a global hit and season two is coming in 2022.
