Semnox and Playsafe Systems ensure smooth launch of Newport’s The Treasure Chest

Semnox, in association with Playsafe Systems, has successfully implemented its Cashless Business Solution at Newport’s newest family entertainment park – The Treasure Chest.

This is the first of the multiple locations that the company plans to launch across UK. Located in the premises of Energi Trampoline Park, the Treasure Chest consists of more than 60 attractive arcade machines, a Playsafe self-service kiosk, point of sale, redemption shop and integrated ticket eater solution.

“Choosing the right cashless solution was one of the highly critical aspects for us before opening a FEC. After multi-rounds of meetings, fact-checks and references we decided to choose Semnox. It’s been a great experience with Playsafe and Semnox. We are very delighted by the way entire solution was implemented successfully and in such short notice.” says Jason Jeffreys and Karl Fleming, the owners of The Treasure Chest.

“Congratulations to the Treasure Chest team on the grand and successful launch of their first FEC in UK. We are looking forward to a long-term association with the TTC team as they expand in UK market. We are extremely delighted to add the Treasure Chest to our growing list of esteemed clients in the UK/Europe market.”  says Vinayaka Kamath, client manager – Semnox.

“Another great enterprising client combining the Playsafe cashless system – powered by Semnox and fully integrated with the Thomas Paystation – efficient; secure; ideal for marketing, customer loyalty and player rewards. The project was a pleasure to be involved in, from the initial planning through to completion and we look forward to continuing our excellent relationship with The Treasure Chest as they continue to expand.” says Nick Veitch, MD – Playsafe Systems.
