Suzohapp has ended its search for a permanent head of its EMA Components division, appointing Wilbert Bieleman as president and MD.
Bieleman will have responsibility for all of the division’s commercial and operating activities in the region, as well as overall strategic direction, based in Suzohapp’s European headquarters in The Netherlands, just outside of Rotterdam, and reporting directly to president and CFO Matthew Brown.
He takes over from Sim Bielak, Suzohapp’s chief marketing officer, who had filled this role on an interim basis during the search process for a permanent appointment. Bielak will return to his full-time duties as chief marketing officer and global product strategist.
Bieleman has served in a number of executive leadership roles within the industry at companies including Glory, Talaris and De La Rue. During his career, he has been responsible for the execution of both successful growth plans and post buy-out integration activities internationally.
