Ripley’s to take travelling show to Dubai
From September to November, visitors to the Wafi Mall, Dubai, will be able to explore the Ripley’s Believe It or Not! travelling show as it arrives in the UAE for the first time.
As part of a collaboration with the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing’s Back to School programming, Ripley’s Traveling Show will introduce guests to bizarre artefacts and unusual relics from throughout history.
The Travelling Shows include interactive exhibits, and Wafi Mall will be hosting over 75 Believe It or Not! exhibits across the whole site, covering 100 years of science, art, education, kids adventures and exploration, history, human and animal oddities, and superstition.
“We are very excited to bring Ripley’s to the region for the first time and believe it is a great opportunity to partner with the popular brand especially since it is their 100th anniversary this year.” said Katherine Revett, head of central marketing at Wafi. “We were looking to have a unique activation for ‘Back to School’ that was fun for both adults and children. Ripley’s is more than entertainment; it is a remarkable and inspiring form of education, too.”
