Bandai Namco has upgraded its online prize-ordering catalogue online, with a stock availability feature.
The service allows customers to register their account online and place orders for a wide range of prize stock, which is updated daily. They can see details of the products and images; whether they are in stock, and can pre-order if they wish.
“We have had a system like this for a while, that we have been able to show to our customers on the road,” said Darrell Simmonds, EMEA sales manager, Prize division. “Now we have moved the service online as well for our customers’ convenience. It means they can place orders at times to suit them. People in our business work long hours and weekends and this makes it easier. We have had some being placed in the middle of the night.”
BNAE holds a wide range of prize stock from branded confectionary through to electronics and retail-quality plush ranges including Pac-Man and DC Comics. The company has recently launched a DC Superhero Girls selection.
