Innovative Technology Americas has added Dan Pittenger as technical support specialist to its Wisconsin office.
Pittenger joins with a background in both the ATM and printing industries and has extensive experience in customer service and support.
Commenting on his new position, he said: “I’m looking forward to working for such an innovative, global company to progress the overall customer experience and help develop the business across the Americas. In a previous role I was responsible for troubleshooting, training and software installations and so I hope to bring this valuable experience with me to ITL to ensure our customers receive the best possible technical support.”

Dan has over 10 years’ experience in the ATM industry and his previous roles have given him a breadth of experience in a customer facing role, managing complex technical products and solutions.
